It was found that the chair was genuinely defective .The customer was given two options .Firstly the customer can wait of a day to get the repaired table or he can take a replacement which will give him a brand new table. The customer agreed with the second option. He was immediately given a replacement. he was happy with the prompt replacement of the table. He even apologized to the manager for his rude behavior and went home happily. What is idea behind me telling all these? The objective is to give an idea of the customer friendly attitude of home plus furniture .Everybody would like to become a customer of home plus furniture after hearing this.
